Competition results from the summer

In early June, Turku Conservatory harpists participated in the 5th International Online Harp Competition Suzuki Method “Growing Up With The Music”. The competition is organised every year by the Arpeggiando Music Association (Cagliari, Italy) in collaboration with the Italian Suzuki Institute. Taika Vilen won the first prize in category Suzuki A. In category Suzuki B Saimi Tursas also won the first prize. In category C, Eelin Keiramo won first prize and Alma Varke third prize.

Also in June, our piano student Yifan Song won second place in the Stockholm International Music Competition in the online category for his age group.
