Monday Jazz Happening: Kristiina Valdman Quartet

Monday 09.03.2026 klo 19.00
Rica Bar (Kristiinankatu 5b, ) | Free entrance

Kristiina Valdman Quartet is a group of young and talented jazz musicians from Estonia and Finland. The ensemble’s repertoire consists of the singer’s original compositions as well as music inspired by the traditional jazz repertoire. Vocalist Kristiina Valdman met her virtuoso colleagues while studying at the Sibelius Academy’s Jazz Department in Helsinki. Since then, they have worked together to create soundscapes in which each musician’s personal expression and musical vision blend seamlessly into a unified whole. In the quartet, Valdman is accompanied by Hector Lepe on guitar, Tuomo Purhonen on bass, and Kasper Halttunen on drums.
