Electric violin

The electric violin is a violin without a resonance chamber, and its sound is electromagnetically amplified. The instrument’s sound is primarily generated with an amplifier and various effect units. Naturally, the pop and jazz violin also includes an acoustic violin, which can be reinforced with a pickup microphone, for example. The curriculum for both instruments includes swing, rock and modern electro and pop music.
