Laatutyö Turun konservatoriossa
The aim of our institution’s quality work is to improve its operations. We monitor the quality of teaching and changes in the operating environment, collect feedback and develop our operations over the long term.
The quality system primarily consists of a strategy and an operations manual that define the objectives, responsibilities and work chains of quality work. We use surveys and statistics as indicators, which we use to draw up development plans. National guidelines and current legislation support our quality management. Turku Conservatory has worked on quality since 2012.
The easiest way to give quick general feedback and development suggestions is to email our quality manager Jaakko Martikainen. We handle both positive and negative feedback on a case-by-case basis, either by the management group or the suitable administrative group.
